Return Policy

Our return policy ensures your satisfaction with every purchase. Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags intact. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving your returned item. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are ineligible for return. Custom or personalised pieces cannot be returned unless defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. For exchanges, we cover return shipping on eligible items. Please allow 2–3 weeks for full processing.
